Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • The wrong item was received

Returns are not accepted for non-quality related reasons.

Return Process

  1. Contact customer support via email
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Submit photos of the product
  4. Our support team will review the request
  5. If approved, we will provide return instructions
  6. Customer ships the item back
  7. After receiving the returned item, we inspect the product
  8. Refund or replacement will be processed

Please do not send products back without return authorization.

Return Shipping Responsibility

For approved returns caused by:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping damage
  • Incorrect items sent

We will cover the return shipping cost or provide a reasonable solution.

Returns for non-defective products are not accepted.

Refund Method

Financial institutions may require 5–10 business days to complete the refund.

Order Cancellation Fees

These fees are charged by the payment provider or bank.

Shipping Damage Reporting

If a product arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 72 hours after the package is marked delivered.
